Refund policy
Exchange and credit note
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for an exchange. Aureli will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item on full-priced purchases only. For discounted items, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Only genuine faults will be accepted for a refund or replacement. Refunds will not be accepted for any other instances including:
• Stretched to fit after purchasing incorrect sizing causing seams to fray or rip.
• Fake tan and makeup damage
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, this may take up to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to occupational, health and safety AURELI holds the right to refuse a refund or store credit on any item that is returned that has been damaged or worn.
